Pastry Chef

• Created new desserts and recipes for the club

• Designed, setup and, decorated elegant Sunday brunch dessert tables.   

• Assisted Executive Pastry Chef with daily banquets orders, buffets and large holiday events. 

• Managed all restaurant desserts, insuring quality, organization, presentation, cleanliness, and insured adequate reserves. 

• Oversaw all pastry shop supply levels, stocked and reported low inventory.

• Collaborated with the Executive Chef on daily task, weekly schedules and managed other kitchen staff in the absence of the Executive Chef. 

• Oversaw kitchen cleanliness, organization and sanitation of the pastry shop.

• 13 years as a professional track and field athlete for Adidas, Saucony, and non-profit organization Running For The People.
• USA Track & Field Brand Ambassador, using social media and marketing materials to increase traffic to the USATF online merchandise store.
• Five years volunteer assistant track and field coach at the University of Central Florida (2 years) and University of Southern California (3 years). Created and successfully executed a team-building program to combat internal team conflict. Devoted countless hours of individual mentoring and mental training to the athletes.
• Founder and CEO of nonprofit organization Test Me I'm Clean and Running For The People. Created all relative literature, websites, social media platforms, programs, events, fundraising, media, product sales, and secured donations and grants.
